Troy commenced working in the financial services industry in 2001 and has been an authorised representative for over 13 years. He is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and an AFP® member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

Troy is committed to continuous education to ensure he remains a leader in the industry. He has completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, and most recently completed a Master of Financial Planning, in preparation for future changes to the Financial Industry’s educational requirements.

Tanya has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She started her career in superannuation and transferred her wealth of knowledge to financial planning. Tanya holds a Diploma of Financial Services and keeps up to date with industry changes.

Tanya is highly organised and believes in providing clients with outstanding customer service. She brings enthusiasm and initiative to her role, together with excellent administration skills and knowledge of practice requirements.

In her spare time Tanya enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Lavonne has a strong administrative background in financial planning. She has excellent communication and time management skills with a high attention to detail.

Lavonne has had various roles in the financial planning industry where she has gained 8 valuable years of experience and knowledge providing clients with the highest quality of service. She loves working in a tight-knit team, delivering great outcomes for clients.

Lavonne’s other interests include spending time with her family, walking the dog and cooking.
